Orders & Payment - All prices are in [USD/XAF] and include/exclude taxes where stated - Payment is due at checkout via Pawapay/Stripe/PayPal - We reserve the right to cancel orders for pricing errors, fraud, or stock issues 3. Digital Downloads - Music files are for personal use only. No sharing, resale, or public broadcast - All sales of digital downloads are final. No refunds unless the file is defective - You’re responsible for downloading and backing up your files 4. Physical Merch - Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees - You’re responsible for providing the correct address - Damaged/wrong items: Contact us within 7 days at [[email protected]] with photos - Returns accepted within 14 days if unused, but buyer pays return shipping 5. Event Tickets - All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless the event is canceled - Postponed events: tickets valid for new date - Lost tickets: Contact us with your order number. Reissues at our discretion 6. Intellectual Property All music, artwork, logos, photos, and content on this site belong to MOXART. Don’t copy, reproduce, or use without written permission. 7. Prohibited Use Don’t hack, scrape, spam, resell our products, or use the site for anything illegal. 8. Limitation of Liability We’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues caused by third parties like shipping carriers or payment processors.
